1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using NZDiscount, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Advertiser and affiliate obligations
Advertisers must honor published commission terms and pay for valid conversions. Affiliates must promote campaigns lawfully and may not generate fraudulent, incentivized, or misleading traffic.
4. Commissions and payouts
Commissions are calculated according to each campaign’s rules and paid out on the agreed schedule. NZDiscount may withhold payouts associated with traffic flagged as fraudulent or non-compliant.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, infringe intellectual property, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or these terms.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend accounts that breach them. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
